Personal Training

Online High School Summer and Pre-Season Powerlifting Training
**$100/month
- For the months of May through December
- 3-5 days/week of programming
- Includes integrated & specialized programming to address technical or strength weaknesses directly related to the sport of powerlifting
- Will be given a balance series to increase knee stability and foundations for a solid platform of lifting
- Video feedback on form and technique
- Regular check ins
**Must show current school ID for this price
Online Personal Training 3-5 days/week
**$175/month
- Personal programming catered to your individual needs and goals
- Video feedback on form and technique
- Regular check in on goals and progress
- Open lines of communication

Online Personal Training Spouse Package
**$275/month
- Same as Online Personal Training, but a special rate for married couples.
- Each spouse will have a program specific to them.
Movement Analysis
**$45/session
- Includes a 45 min to 1 hour assessment of your mobility in your shoulders, spine, hips, ankles, and wrist
- After the assessment, you will be given exercises for areas needing improvement to help compliment your training
Group Classes at Strength House
Team Training
Free
- *Only for Diesel Dee Barbell Clients
- 4:00-6:00pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- Diesel Dee Barbell Clients can come train at Strength House together as a team
- Dee will be present to give technique and form corrections on the spot
- Be part of a learning environment and build relationships with other like minded individuals
- Must have a membership at Strength House
